Grand Electric Cooperative is committed to keeping our members, communities, and electric system safe. Our Wildfire Mitigation Plan outlines the steps we take to help reduce the risk of wildfires caused by electrical equipment.
The plan includes information on the inspection and maintenance of power lines and equipment, proactive tree and vegetation management, system improvements and upgrades, and our role during times of high fire danger.
Our goal is simple: keep our system safe and reliable while reducing wildfire risks across our service area.
